The coronavirus pandemic that has been affecting global health for several weeks also has the global economy in crisis. Nor has the advertising industry escaped this scourge. Alexis Estiz, Founder and Composer of Pickle Music, says his outfit remains optimistic while seeking formulas to benefit clients and care for its finest asset: the team. “At Pickle we decided to continue with the entire team, now more than ever. Though we have to watch carefully how all this evolves, this is not the time to leave anyone in the lurch. The team is everything for us,” Estiz said. Regarding accounts receivable, the landscape varies according to the client: “We are currently in discussions with them, but we also understand that this is a complicated situation for everyone and have decided not to apply any pressure at this time.” Estiz believes that brands are redirecting their compass. “The challenge is to not lose the quality and craft that is a standard of Pickle Music,” he said, “and despite the processes of change, we are managing to achieve this.”
