In alliance with the creative team of Grey Argentina, in charge of Diego Medvedocky, Nunchaky filmed a campaign for LG Smart TV with a very intersting creative approach: raising awareness about a problem.It was a special project filmed with a limited budget, in a guerilla film style and rendered great results for the brand and for the spreading of information on the problem the nation of Tuvalu is facing due to global warming. The directors of Nunchaku, Roi Ricci and Clara Aranovich, visited the island and made some valuable material. The music was made by Papa Music. The campaign depicts with humor and sensitivity the idiosyncrasy of the Tuvaluans. All this cultural heritage could be lost since the island would be the first country to disappear under water due to global warming. The idea to develop the piece came up when LG was looking for the register of the domain .TV, which belongs to Tuvalu, and they discovered the small country’s situation. This campaign invites people to sign a petition for the United Nations Organization to take measures against the pollution of the planet and reduce global warming.
