Initative, the IPG Mediabrands global communications network, appointed Nick Childs as Global Chief Creative Officer. Childs joined the agency this month, reporting directly to Jim Elms, Initiative’s Global CEO.Childs will be in charge of supervising creative story-building and trans-media content development for Initiative, which has offices in 73 markets and clients such as Unilever, SAB Miller and BMW.
