Newlink América se convierte en la primera agencia hispana que forma parte del PR Council

Newlink América, marketing and communications company, has become member of the Public Relations Council (PR Council), being the only Hispanic-owned agency in this organization. The firm, based in Miami, is part of the independent strategic communications Latin American company, Newlink Group. Among its clients, the following may be highlighted: The Coca-Cola Company, ESPN, Johnson & Johnson and the Asociación de Profesionales Latinos de América (Association of Latino Professionals For America).”It is important for us to have a seat next to the main RRPP companies to be able to share our experiences and knowledge, as well as face common challenges together, but also to make the most of opportunities the growing multicultural and Hispanic market offer us”, assured Jorge Ortega, director and co-founder of Newlink America.Newlink wants to make known its perspectives regarding common obstacles that exist in the industry, as well as the market difficulties in Hispanic communications, said Ortega. For that, Newlink must find employees who can speak and write in Spanish, understand their culture and have connections with Hispanic media and with the community. As part of the PR Council, Newlink wants to partner with agencies that have no experience in Hispanic communication. “We are looking ahead to encourage other Hispanic agencies to see an opportunity in the PR Council and to join in order to advocate for the advance of the industry”, he ended. For more information go {here;http://www.prweek.com/article/1337212/newlink-becomes-sole-hispanic-owned-firm-pr-council}.
