Monique Catoggio, mujer emprendedora reconocida por Ford

Monique Catoggio is a Speaker, Executive Coach and Blogger. Ford acknowledged her as a Legendary Woman for her career of 17 years in Florida International University, where she obtained an Executive MBA and launched her firm to expand the work with professionals and executives who want to be authentic leaders.She is part of the Leadership and Negotiation Faculty of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program in Miami Dade College and Babson College in Boston. She is facilitator of a group of women CEOs for The Commonwealth Institute (TCI). Additionally, she is on the board of Light Up Learning and The Wonder Academy. “Knowing that one of my clients nominated me means a lot to me and encourages me to continue expanding my work and providing quality programs and coaching that helps transform people and organizations” she stated. “I am also grateful for this honor because I have had numerous strong women leaders as mentors who helped me be the professional woman that I am today and I want to be able to inspire other women to reach for their dreams and achieve success however they define it.The Ford qualities that speak to her the most are intelligence and efficiency. If she could suggest a project to the company, she would choose an educational one. “I’d love to see a Ford curriculum that can enhance school programming to encourage youth to dream big and live out their unique talents” she explained.
