The close relationship agency-client is key for developing campaigns, assures Monica Marulanda, Creative Director of ALMA regarding their work with Clorox. “Our campaigns for Clorox find success, because behind them is the trust of the client which we’ve been able to earn as agency.” Marulanda said that the trust and relationship they’ve built with their client is based on a hard and consistent work, understanding their business and aiding them with their goals. “This solid relationship, that comes from our client’s trust, allow us all these wins and awards, and for that we’re very proud.” The Hispanic agency has developed several projects for the brand leading them to win many awards, including the Bronze Lion in Outdoor for the Panda campaign. The agency is also a finalist for its Green Works piece in the Posters and Magazines categories of The One Show. Eric Reynolds, CMO at Clorox said -during the AHAA annual conference- that the tactics they’ve used are designed to build and continue the relationship with the Hispanic market based on the work they do with ALMA, which has resulted in a consistent ROI for the brand.
