Universal Music Group will offer digital content of brands in select music videos, thanks to the recently alliance announced with Mirriad, video technology specialist and Havas Media Group, the first global agency affiliated to offer this service to their clients. “Through Mirriads innovative technology and agencies like Havas, we can offer our artists more opportunities to generate profits with their music videos. With the Mirriads platform, which is highly customizable, we have the ability to ensure that the interests of artists and trademarks align while we focus on presenting the best possible musical experience to the fans,” Lucian Grainge, CEO of universal Music Group, said.Meanwhile, Havas Media Networks will offer strategies of native advertising on video to key clients as LVMH, Dish Network, LG and Coca-Cola: “Partnering with Mirriad and UMG is a new way to help brands build more meaningful relationships with consumers. We will create a more authentic, logic and within a context connection between clients and audiences which have an interest on multiscreen content,” Yannick Bollore, chairman and CEO of Havas Group, said.Mirriad technology will allow agencies to implement campaigns in select Multi Title UMG music videos that are on air, online and mobile. “With this partnership, our brand grows globally and we expand our technology to online digital video, beyond TV.
