How can Millenials describe their ideal job? What is being done now that can take them to their dream job in the future? Tr3s, as part of a new study, investigated how the Millenium Generation is getting ready to have a successful professional career. An ideal job mixes practice with heart and soul. According to the investigation, a bit more than a half of adult Latinos say their ideal job would be personally important. Among those interested in something in particular, people around 30 to 34, tend to prefer a safe job and with reliable benefits. On their behalf, women of this group tend to wish their careers are practical and significant.Non-Hispanic Millennials are more inclined than Hispanics to follow their heart; while three-quarters of adult Hispanics are taking active measures to have the job of their dreams. The youngest (ages 19 to 29) tend to say they are working in their ideal job, compared to the 30 to 34 segment (78% vs. 69%).The Millennium Generation focuses on education to get ready for their ideal job; non-Hispanics are more committed with the creation of networks and direct experiences. When it comes to taking measures to reach their ideal careers, employed Latinos are prone to study (to take classes).
