Vilma Vale-Brennan
The multicultural agency MEC Bravo announced the appointment of Vilma Vale-Brennan as managing partner, multicultural. From that position she will report to Marla Kaplowitz, CEO of MEC North America. The executive will take over the leadership position from Gonzalo del Fal, who was picked to head Group M Multicultural.Vale-Brennan will be responsible for taking full advantage of the agencys cultural insights, analytics and research to provide integrated communications strategies targeting multicultural consumers across the United States. Vale-Brennan will also aid MECs new business endeavors, working as a team with Eamonn Store, president of agency development.Vilma will play a central role in providing strategic leadership to our clients with a unique multicultural point of view Kaplowitz said. She will further develop our multicultural insights practice by increasing collaboration of MEC Bravo across all agency teams ensuring that our deep initiatives and throughout all planning proceses.Vale-Brennan has more than 13 years experience in creating innovative strategies for such Fortune 500 clients as Pfizer, Sony and Frito-Lay.
