The candle was designed not only to fill homes with the aroma of beef and hot sauce, but also to remind customers of the sensation of visiting IKEAS’s famous warehouses and showrooms. “Every family celebration includes food, so the brand is celebrating with a candle that every true IKEA fan would crave ” Ogilvy describes on its platform. They also noted that it is the first candle to capture the aroma of IKEA’s iconic Swedish meatballs. “New members of IKEA Family can win the sweepstakes and receive the candle as a standalone or as part of a larger package filled with additional gifts that bring together the immersive sensory experience of visiting an IKEA store. ” they added. To purchase one of the 1,925 candles available, interested buyers must enter the Family Sweepstakes. Over 900 lucky winners will receive a Store in a Box, which sums up the sensory experience of shopping at Ikea in one package
