Hernández se une a la agencia tras ser director creativo de Saatchi & Saatchi Los Ángeles
The ad agency RPA hired Marlon Hernández for the role of VP, Group Creative Director, Digital Group. Hernández has many recognizitions including Cannes Cyber Lions, Clio Awards, One Show Interactive, Communication Arts Design Annual, Broadcast Design Association Awards, D&AD Annual, among others. Hernández, who will be reporting to RPA’s EVP, CCO Joe Baratelli, will manage the Digital Design group and guide digital programs for all clients. “Marlon, with his deep digital and design roots, Web dev, UX and UI experience, will shape compelling, cutting-edge digital experiences for all of our clients and their customers” said Baratelli. He joins RPA after serving at Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles as Creative Director since October of 2013. There he focused on Toyota’s digital account, following a period as a freelance Creative Director with Saatchi & Saatchi and Digital Kitchen. Before he worked as Creative Director at TBWAChiatDay, and at and Crispin Porter + Bogusky where he was Digital Design Director, where he worked with brands including Burger King, Microsoft and Volkswagen. He has also spent time as a Creative Director and Art Director with R/GA, working with clients including Nike, Verizon, Subaru, IBM and Verizon.
