Macys has struck a multi-year deal to sell the exclusive fashion brand bearing the name of the Mexican singer Thalia, which includes clothing, shoes and accessories, at its 300 department stores across America.The contract includes a presence on the {Macy´s website;macys.com} and will launch in spring 2015 with dresses, tops, slacks, shoes and accessories under the Thalia Sodi label, with the number of products in the line expected to increase in coming years.”Thalia is one of the biggest stars on a global stage – a favorite artist and personality not only in the Latino community, but among fans everywhere who love her music, her style, her passion and her charisma,” says Terry J. Lundgren, chairman, president and CEO of Macy’s, Inc.
