Este año el programa recaudará fondos para la comunidad acerca de la esclerosis múltiple
The new Lincoln Continental is part of the national philanthropic campaign Driven to give of The Lincoln Motor Company, aiming to help raise money for educational and charitable organizations. “Since 2009, Doral Lincoln is honored in helping local charity programs through the Driven to give event of The Lincoln Motor Company. This year we want to support MS Views and News, organization that provides education to the multiple sclerosis Community” said Luis Somoano, Doral Lincoln President. The philanthropic program began in 2011 as an initiative for Lincoln dealerships to work together with non-profit organizations and give back to their communities. Since its begining it has raised more than $6.2 million, and $1.5 million only this year. This is how the campaign works: the auto dealers work with local groups to organize a one-day event. For each driver that tests an eligible Lincoln, the brand donates $20 to the organization. The additional driving tests in the designated bonus vehicles win an extra donation of $20, which means that each driver can raise up to $20 for his/her organization. The spring bonus vehicle was the Lincoln MKX 2016, and for autumn will be the 2017 Lincoln MKZ. Doral Lincoln will celebrate its Driven to give event on October 8th, from 10 am to 4pm.
