The Hispanic agency Lopez Negrete Communications, received 21 awards from the American Advertising Federation in Houston, including a Best of Show in the category Broadcast. This one amounts to 14 consecutive years in which the agency receives the Best of Show honors. “Our passion and commitment to our clients and our community continue to shine through our work. I am very proud of the dedication and enthusiasm of this group or magnificently talented professionals” said Alex López Negrete, President and General Manager of the agency in a press release.The Best of Show award was given to the agency for the commercial Invisible Man Halloween for Walmart. The spot shows a child who comes up with the idea of using a Capitan America disguise and takes his accomplice, the Invisible Man, to ask for sweets for him and a friend. Later, we see that one of his friends was home with a broken leg. The song that accompanies the commercial is Prince Royce’s Stand by Me. For this client, the agency also received a gold award, a silver award and six excellence mentions. Other accolades that Lopez Negrete received include three gold, three silver and three excellence mentions for its client Fiat Chrysler Automobiles; a silver for Saint Arnold Brewing Company; and the agency received two silver.
