El comercial muestra lo lejos que puede llegar un padre para mantener a sus hijos felices
Leo Burnett Melbourne’s latest bet is a 60 second ad that proves how far a parent can go to keep his children happy. In the spot we see a girl who is very sad because her pink toy horse broke. Immediately, her father embarks on a journey towards The Ranch of the Rainbow, home of Prismatic Horses, to find a replacement for it.The campaign, designed to promote the Honda CR-V Series II, depicts a father’s road trip with his son and daughter through the desert. They are in the CR-V when they start seeing horses of incredible colors, until they reach the magic ranch. The girl likes one that is the same hue of her toy -an indomitable pink horse- which they chase and corral with the CR-V, until the girl gets off the vehicle and starts patting it. When the adventure is about to end, the commercial takes a surprise twist, followed by the tagline Go with it.The idea came from the insight that having children is an adventure in itself and that sometimes you have to go on seemingly crazy hunts to appease a child’s imagination”, explained Jason Williams, Leo Burnett Executive Creative Director. The ad marks the beginning of the campaign, designed for the audience to expect more of the tagline and fantastic stories in the future.
