Lee Vann From Captura Group: Six Stocks That Could Benefit From Hispanic Spending

Vann: Los consumidores hispanos son entusiastas de las compras electrónicas

Lee Vann, Founder and CEO at Captura Group, wrote an article in 24/7WallSt in which he mentions six companies whose actions can get a boost from renewed Hispanic spending this quarter, despite recent reports of a decrease. According to the analysts, spending is set to rebound and the six companies they recommend focusing on are ELF Beauty, Jack in the Box, O’Reilly Automotive, Ulta Beauty, Walmart and Foot Locker, all on the of the Buy at Jefferies list. “All these stocks offer investors significant value at current trading levels. Any boost in Hispanic spending for the rest of 2017 could add to overall sales and revenues and drive stock prices higher” said Vann. It is estimated that 24% of ELF Beauty consumers –that offers a range of beauty products for eyes, lips, and face— are Hispanic. Another beauty company Vann recommends is Ulta Beauty: “If there is any stock to own in the retail sector, this may be the one, and the Latina customer is very important for sales” he said. It operates 970 retail stores across 48 states and the District of Columbia and distributes its products through its website, as well. A great consumer stock that Vann recommends is O’Reilly Automotive, as consumers will want their vehicles to be in top shape for the fall. This company is a specialty retailer of automotive parts, tools, supplies, equipment, and accessories, and also sells remanufactured products. Jack in the Box, on the other hand, is a favorite place for Hispanic diners. 53% of its more than 2.200 restaurants in 21 states are in urban areas with 25% or more Hispanic mix.
