Angela Sustaita-Ruiz, cofundadora de Latina Mom Bloggers y socia fundadora de Hispanicize 2014
The Latina Mom Bloggers network is teaming up with the Center for Hispanic Marketing Communication at the Florida State University to take a survey that will help identify attitudes toward blogging as a business and current opportunities that influence its becoming a profession among Latinos. The purpose of the research is to identify key trends related to content: why do bloggers dedicate themselves to producing content, which areas of content are relevant, what motivates them and what are their chief concerns as they develop their online media platforms as a business. Our research partnership with FSU reinforces our commitment to providing culturally relevant campaigns and insights for our clients, while providing our network members with quality campaigns that will resonate with them as Latinos says Angela Sustaita-Ruiz, Latina Mom Bloggers co-founder and Hispanicize 2014 founder and partner. The survey will provide concrete data on the geographic locations of Latino bloggers in the U.S., the number of years theyve been blogging in their preferred language, how their blogging opportunities have grown and their general optimism with regard to the industry and its growth in the community, among other analyses. Results of the research will be provided during various sessions of Hispanicize 2014, to be held April 1-4 at the Hotel Intercontinental Miami.
