Whiskey is broadening its frontiers. The production house opened on November 1st a branch in Sao Paulo, Brazil. PRODU talked to Juan Bernardo González, Executive Producer and Founding Partner of the firm about this new challenge. “It was important for Whiskey being able to solve legal issues in the south regarding laws in each market, and being capable to offer solutions to our regional clients for them to consolidate campaigns in Latin America” he explained. “Its crucial for us to be able to offer a comprehensive service, with our own feedback, while maintaining Whiskeys quality standards in each of our offices.” Marcio de Lemos is the Associated Executive Producer at Sao Paulo, he is in charge of the new office. “We have had a friendship and work relationship with Marcio for more than 15 years, so he was our natural partner in such an important market” González said. “Undoubtedly Brazil is one of the most important markets in the region and in order for Whiskey to grow in Latin America, it was crucial to be there” he said. “Were aware of its complexity so our starting point is offering our clients a solution in the region. From there we can make ourselves known as a valid choice for the local market.” Brazils branch will offer the same services they provide in all of their offices: commercial production and photography, original content and branded content, for TV or digital.
