Mollá: Yo no siento que pertenezca a ningún mercado, lo que habla es el trabajo
Joaquín Mollá, Founder at The Community, was part of the jury in the Film category in Cannes Lions. Seven years ago, he had the opportunity to evaluate in the same area and he said they were very different experiences. “This was much more positive in the human sense. I think most of the jury members had very good intentions, mainly the president who was very honest and serious. We were very focused on ideas, regardless of the country or the network they came from, and for me that is very important” he said. The Grand Prix of this category was for We’re the Superhumans by Blink Productions, London and 4creative. “The truth is we all saw it a year ago and came to the festival to see if there was something that could beat it. The truth is it is the best piece of the year, and that is why we awarded it.”The Community won a silver with a campaign for the helmet brand Nutcase in Print. They also won with other pieces from La Comunidad Buenos Aires, one additional Silver and two Bronze.“I am not surprised that all of us in the U.S. Hispanic market did so well, I think there is a lot of talent and a lot of people doing things well. Anyway, in my mind, I never think in terms of markets, I don’t think it is about the Argentinean or the Hispanic market.”
