Jeremy King, COO of Festival of Media Global, explains that for the fifth edition of the Festival of Media Latin America, there will be 1200 delegates, between 35% and 40% of which are advertisers.“This is a place where advertisers can truly learn, while tech companies, agencies and media owners can all interact and understand the problems brands are facing, and luckily, develop new businesses” says King. In the last five years, they have been gradually changing the program. “With the change in the world of media, we are seeing that the heart of brands is what really matters, so this has become the heart of our program.” He adds that this year they are taking a big leap in terms of format and the way the festival and the awards are presented. “There aren’t just going to be 34 awards where people go up to and come down from the stage. We want to create an immersive theatrical experience, instead.”
