J. Walter Thompson hired Manir Fadel, Creative Director São Paulo Lew’LaraTBWA, as its new Global Executive Creative Director. This is the first time that JWT designates someone for this position.Fadel will join the London office and report directly to Matt Eastwood, JWT worldwide CCO. Among his responsibilities will be to improve advertising for Unilever’s Sunsilk brand. He will also help the agency to pitch new business.”Manir joins with the creative pedigree that we are looking for. He makes work that clients love and, importantly, that people connect with”, said Eastwood. During the eleven years Fadel was in Lew’LaraTBWA he went through different stages until he became partner and Chief Creative Officer.
