Juan Carlos Maya, founder of the former Adobo Productions today known as Mixto Music explained to PRODU that the production company has changed a lot more than its name.Adobo Productions was reinvented as Mixto Music in mid-2012 in response to a personal need to explore more musical routes. Besides traditional postproduction services and music production, were devoting ourselves to non-traditional areas where music serves as a bond between companies and consumers Maya said.Among the principal changes about Mixto Music is its musical focus, both in the services and the products it offers. Weve established strategic alliances with different groups in the music industry and have increased the number of composers on our roster to include specialized talent for different styles of music he said.Mixto continues its commitment to the Hispanic market and to keeping pace with its growth. The Hispanic market keeps growing and every day has more influence in U.S. society. Our industry is more relevant than ever and now our work is to adapt to all the changes that mark the dynamics of todays market.About his most recent projects, Maya said we have just finished musicalizing a TV spot for Nissan with Robert Downey Jr. for the Anglo market.
