Ivanna Casado, VP Sales LatAM at Teads is responsible for great part of the companys success in the Latin American region. Currently Teads has four offices there (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Miami) and they are establishing as the first native online video platform for brands. She talked about her experience with the company in an interview. “I feel that there is always a lot to contribute with in Teads. The company offers an exciting and dynamic working environment in which I am always learning. We are always creating something new, adapting to changes because we are outside traditional standards. To me learning is essential and I find that I learn at Teads every day” she said. The biggest change since 2013 -when she joined the team- is that the programmatic trend is growing fast. However Latin American buyers are still very focused on traditional advertising. “The shift to programmatic will happen but not at the same speed as in the U.S. and Europe. The biggest change for me is that the language to present our products has changed. Now we are transitioning to more technical conversations which can cause some clients to be wary. We feel that through education -like Teads Academy- this will make them feel more comfortable with the latest trends and changes in the industry” Casado concluded.
