IPG Media Lab: Las interfaces de voz demuestran un gran crecimiento
IPG Media Lab team participated in the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) that took place in Las Vegas. Being the world’s most important technology trade show, CES attracts each year a huge number of speakers and attendees, setting the course of the industry’s trends and offering marketing professionals a vision about the future of interactions between brands and consumers. For IPG Media Lab one of the most obvious and indisputable trend at this year’s CES is how prevalent voice-activated digital assistant services are. Amazon’s Alexa leads the voice-activated personal assistants and is everywhere in smart homes. “Many third-party OEMs, particularly those devoted to smart home environments, have taken advantage of Amazon’s recently introduced Alexa Skills Kit and are integrating Amazon’s beloved digital assistant service in their products” wrote IPG Media Lab in a post. For IPG Media Lab, diversification and expansion of smart homes and wearable devices is another strong trend. There was also growth in the development of cars increasingly more smart and integrated. Many cars’ brands are making great efforts to integrate their vehicles connected to the digital environment and thus have the best users out-of-the-car experiences. Hyundai announce a new alliance with Google to ad voice control using Google Home, while Nissan suggested an integration with Cortana (Microsoft) for his new models. IPG Media Lab recommends to those brands seeking to connect with consumers at homes, to get to know these technologies because greater brand opportunities will be emerging as platforms become more mature.
