Interpublic announced succession for the directors of Mediabrands

Last March 5th, IPG announced it has initiated a succession process throughout the Mediabrands unit.As of May 1st, Matt Seiler will abandon his position as Global CEO of IPG Mediabrands and will remain as president of the group during the entire 2015 to ensure Henry Tajer´s fluent transition into leadership. In January 2014 Tajer was appointed Global COO of Mediabrands and now will transfer to New York from Sydney where he currently devotes part of his time as CEO of the group’s successful operations in Australia.”IPG Mediabrands has proven to be constantly at the cutting edge of the industry in terms of intellectual leadership, digital capabilities and new operating models, as well as also having offered a high degree of responsibility for engagements with clients”, said Michael Roth, president and CEO of Interpublic, one of the main advertising agencies and marketing services organizations worldwide.In his new role as president, Matt Seiler will continue to offer a broad and strategic vision to the group.
