Ingrid Otero-Smart named member of the National Advertising Review Board

Ingrid Otero-Smart, president and CEO of Casanova//McCann, was  picked as one of the 85 distinguished members of the 2022 National Advertising Review Board (NARB), the organization of appeal for the U.S. advertising industry’s autoregulation system. Her appointment was announced by BBB National Programs, a non-profit organization that supervises over a dozen programs of self-regulation in the national industry, and which establishes high standards for advertising practices and privacy for client companies. “I’m honored to be chosen as a member of the National Advertising Review Board of BBB National Programs, the organization that helps establish standards of truth and accuracy in advertising,” Otero-Smart said in a LinkedIn post. For 2022, members of the NARB board are selected from three different categories: national advertisers, advertising agencies and members of the public (academics and other members of the public sector). Otero-Smart belongs to the second group, which also includes Brandon Cooke, global partner, global chief Marketing & Reputation officer of FCB; Aaron Walton, CEO of Walton Isaacson; and Fay Ferguson, co-owner & co-CEO of Burrell Communications, among others.
