ImpreMedia, leader company in the area of Hispanic media in the United States, unveiled the new face of La Opinión, the Spanish newspaper in Los Angeles. This redesign aims to transform the view into a powerful multimedia brand that serves the Hispanic community in California through content with an updated look and a better experience for the reader. The new editorial approach of this iconic brand at newsstands and digital platforms of ImpreMedia covers and highlights the 88 year history of the newspaper and is looking to potentiate the reader through civic information with a renewed commitment to better respond to the needs of the community and continue to serve as the primary information resource for Hispanics in Los Angeles.”We are keeping the depth and essence of what La Opinión means to this community and at the same time, we are leading the newspaper to the age of digital communication,” Damian Mazzotta, CEO of ImpreMedia in the western region, said. “This new image of La Opinión is more modern and attractive and try to further enhance the reader experience by integrating them into a multi-platform environment”.The project includes, in addition to a new format for the La Opinión newspaper and the redesign of its cover, an innovative category oriented to the service industry, a more robust sports section and more content for women. “We are excited to renew our offer to the Hispanic audience,” Juan Varela, VP Content of ImpreMedia said.
