Horowitz Research has expanded its senior leadership team with the addition of Mariana Diaz-Wionczek, PhD in Research and Strategy, and Claire Dinaso in Research.”We are extremely pleased to welcome two seasoned researchers to our team as we continue to stay on the cutting-edge of our media and multicultural specialties” said Howard Horowitz, President of the company.Díaz-Wionczek joins Horowitz´s senior team in the direction of projects for their clients in the television, digital, and mobilespace. Mariana, an expert in multicultural research, will work closely with Adriana Waterston, SVP of Insights and Strategy, to build on Horowitzs capabilities. Her role also includes advising on content development, programming and marketing and distribution strategies.Díaz-Wionczek will head Horowitz´s Gen Z practice. She previously served as Head of Education and Research for Nickelodeon’s Dora the Explorer brands.As Senior Director of Research, Dinaso will be responsible for leading Horowitz’s quantitative custom research for clients in Horowitz’s growing library of syndicated studies and reports. Her quantitative experience includes online, central location, and home use testing using both traditional and specialized research techniques such as conjoint, experimental design and sensory-based approaches.Dinaso comes to Horowitz with almost 20 years of experience in research, including a long period as VP of Investigation at Moskowitz Jacobs and, recently, at Mind Genomics Advisors, where she was VP of Client Services.
