In order to generate culinary content about Hispanic recipes, food culture, wine and spirits, the digital Latino food media platform, Hispanic Kitchen, made an alliance with Hispanic culinary event ¡Latin Food Fest!. The content will come from professional chefs, influencers, and social media about fancy Latino food. “This alliance brings together the two properties that at scale, online and off, represent the leading promotional platforms for Latino recipes and food culture” said Piera Jolly, Hispanic Kitchen Managing Partner and COO at Hispanicize Media Group. The Hispanic Kitchen website, created in 2009, includes a database of thousands of Latino recipes with 85% of its traffic coming from mobile devices and 90% from the U.S. This platform is also active across all major social platforms, especially Facebook, where it has more than 1.2 million engaged fans. For five years, ¡Latin Food Fest! has been celebrating Hispanic cuisine while helping to bring awareness and raise funds for the fight against hunger – for the Campanile Foundation. The 2017 edition will take place in Los Angeles March 24th – 25th, San Diego and August 18th – 19th and Orange County November 10th – 11th, which provides a platform for brands to activate with Hispanic Millennials. “The Festival is thrilled to be working with Hispanic Kitchen” said Lucia Matthews, Diálogo Public Relations Managing Partner, which produces ¡Latin Food Fest!.
