Gustavo Lauría, Co-founder and CCO of We Believers, feels that the Silver Lion they obtained in the Creative Effectiveness category this year for Edible Six-Pack Rings (E6PR) is even more important than the previous Lions. “It represents that, along with being a good idea and having a massive impact on people, it is also great business. I think that the Lion recognizes all the effort we made after winning several Lions two years ago, and I think it is a good sign to not just stay in the awards, but to turn it into a big business” he explained.The case study they presented speaks of how they escalated the project that today has presence in three continents and in how it is growing non-stop with two new key partners: distributor and engineer of these beer packages that are truly environment-friendly.“That we received an award summarizes a story that is going to continue and doesn’t en here. We just opened a very big plant in Mexico, after a lot of work and investment, where they are producing the edible six-pack rings massively. We had to design a lot of machines and adapt them from the start. Today, they are selling in Africa, in Europe, in different parts of Latin America a big brand that already launched it in Canada, is about is about to come out this year in a truly massive way in the US. More than a branding idea it is a business idea and it is truly our second company” he said.
