Lauría: Las productoras inscribieron más del 20% de las piezas del festival en Craft
We Believers ends 2017 with several awards for different clients, as it met the almighty challenge of doing even better creatively than in 2016. For Co-Founder and CEO, Gustavo Lauria “big ideas for several brands” were developed this year, which won the agency several Lions and other trophies. The agency’s success has caught many advertisers’ attention. “Something has happened: unknown clients come, contact us and their request is ‘do what you want with this brief.’ There’s usually a budget challenge but a lot of freedom…which proves that good creativity wins business.”Keeping the team strong is key to developing big ideas, according to Lauria. The agency’s staff has been strengthened with Leo Prat’s arrival. “It’s the only way to grow and maintain creative excellence” Lauria said. For 2018 he expects a “voracious hunger for ideas and I want to see even better things happening.”He said that work in the Hispanic market is getting better all the time: “You see a lot more of its agencies nominated for awards.”
