Havas Media International announced that Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine acknowledged the company as one of the 50 best workplaces for diversity. “We consider this an exceptional honor, because this recognition is based on the employees appraisal about quality and inclusion in our offices” said a companys statement. “We dont only work to establish significant connections between brands and consumers of different cultures, but also to create a workplace based on respect, acceptance and inclusion” said Natalia Vasco, Havas Media Internationals CEO. After surveying more than 128,000 women and 69,000 ethnic minority employees, Great Place to Work selected 50 companies for their list. For the assessment they considered multiple aspects such as: favoritism degree, impartial promotions, the honesty level of connection among colleagues, access to high leadership positions, levels of professional development, among others. “The companies in the list are leaders that acknowledge the strategic importance of establishing work spaces capable of attracting the best talent in their industry” added Michael Bush, CEO at Great Place to Work USA. “The best companies focus on creating great places to work for all.”
