Francisco Pugliese was Director in charge of Richards/Lerma MetroPCS new campaign. The campaign was based in a series of comedy spots, with versions for the Hispanic and general market, inviting people to switch to MetroPCS, since it offers a faster connection service than other mobile phone companies. “The shooting process was something I enjoy very much with Richards/Lerma and MetroPCS. The good thing about having the same people –agency, client, and production company- on several campaigns is that you create a true team in which we all clearly know the goals of the brand” he explained. “In the shooting process, we start off with a solid scripts and then we experiment a bit with tones, since we produce a lot of content for different platforms in English and Spanish. Finally, the best pieces are the resulting work for sales and brand awareness.” Pugliese said that it is a very fast production rhythm, with great professional relationship. He always works together with the creative team on the commercials for the Hispanic and general market. “What I always try to contribute is a climate of collaboration and enjoyment. In the technical aspect, we try to simplify camera positions and amount of shots in order to give acting more time. Another thing I like to contribute is in ideas at the highest level of photography.” He highlighted that “the quest will always be to surprise and captivate the audience and keep them interested in our stories. Everything is advertising and people are also a platform” he concluded
