The Association of National Advertisers (ANA) has announced the finalists in the 12 categories of the 18th ANA Multicultural Excellence Awards. The Hispanic agencies in the running are Dieste, Conill, Gallegos United, Lopez Negrete Communications and Casanova//McCann. Dieste made the shortlist in the Hispanic category with its work for Goya Foods. Conill is contesting the same category, thanks to its advertising for Toyota, as is Gallegos United with its communications for Comcast. Lopez Negrete Communications made the shortlist in Audio with its creativity for Walmart, while Casanova//McCann classified in the same category with its pitch for Coca-Cola. The awards ceremony will be held in the context of the 20th ANA Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference to be held between Nov. 4-6 in Miami. Wrapping up the show will be the presentation of the Best in Show and the Grand Prize awards for each category.
