The Ibero-American Advertising Festival, or FIAP, confirmed the four jury members for its new category, Independent Creativity in Social Networks, and announced its two subcategories: commercial/public service productions and homegrown productions.On the jury is Carlos Baccetti (Argentina), one of the founders of Agulla & Baccetti, which in its 15 years in advertising has become a Latin American icon, winning more than 170 national and international prizes. And in January of this year, he opened, together with Dario Straschnoy, the C&D agency.Also a jury member is Alexis Ospina of Colombia, who started in advertising as a copywriter but rapidly formed creative teams and finally took over his present position as creative head of the Leo Burnett affiliate. In the course of his career he has won awards from FIAP, Nova, Leo Burnett Worldwide, Slide Prix, Cannes and London.Jury member Karla Santa Anna (Mexico), who loves multitasking, began as a creative and art director at JWT four years before moving up to creative director. She currently works at Marcel DF and handles such name brands as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Cuahutemoc Brewery and Sanofi.Rounding out the jury is Eco Moliterno (Brazil), who entered the ad world at age 22 as an art director. Now, 12 years later, he has consolidated his position as head of digital at the Africa agency, where he has been honored by Meio&Mensagem as one of the 10 most innovative professionals in the Brazilian market.
