The President of Circus Grey Peru, Juan Carlos Gómez de la Torre, delivered a talk for entrepreneurs at the FIAP, dealing with the exercise of freedom.“I think these are times when all formats and paradigms are crumbling. It is a time of great freedom and great confusion. I personally see it as a time of opportunity. Entrepreneurs are in a privileged place because people who are willing to do things are the people who have more opportunities” he expressed to PRODU.During the conference, he explained that the exercise of freedom is what moves him in life. “In general, what a startup is about and mainly an advertising agency, is about creation and this is a radical act of freedom, to fight against what doesn´t work and free yourself in the pursuit of new things” he said. “Thinking differently is what always creates big businesses. It is important to understand that people´s needs are a gold mine and you must be very observing. People need someone to be brave enough to do what they don´t dare to do and that way break paradigms”.Gómez de la Torre presented the success cases they have developed at Circus Grey, based on very radical freedom exercises that have had a great impact on people´s lives.“I think that everything returns to its origin. Brands are returning to their beginnings. If you study advertising of the 60s, we are going back there, to the essence that leads us to the creation of brand” he concluded
