Livschitz: Trabajar con absoluta libertad desde lo creativo me permitió jugar al máximo con cada escena
Argentinian director Fernando Livschitz has joined Cortez Brothers roster and one of his most recent assignments was leading {The Late Show with Steven Colbert;https://cortezbrothers.gosimian.com/v3/sp/r/N1/1/OxfYmp8C5i2FtjeMckyrNQ/}, opening, released earlier this month by CBS. Livschitz talked to PRODU about this project -that lasted three months-, where the challenge was doing “something very different and magical.” Although most of Livschitzs work has a personal style, he said that this piece has particularly 100% of his artistic signature. “The challenge was to show a very different NY, as if it was a very enjoyable and entertaining toy, taking this idea to the limits”. He added that working with absolute creative freedom allowed him to play the most with each scene. With a broad advertising experience, the film maker said that the chance of working on such a massive TV program resulted in a huge challenge. “We had to do something different to surprise the audience. Its a daily show and the biggest challenge was to create something that made people watch it over and over again, without making them tired.” For Cortez Brothers shop, adding Livschitz to the team is a very valuable asset. His work signature makes the impossible possible. “When he films, he films what people thinks only can happen in dreams. There are no limits when it comes to producing and filming. This is one of the reasons were so happy to have him in Cortez Brothers” Ed Rivero, executive producer of the company said.
