Faustino Quiros y Héctor Prado
Hector Prado, who six years ago founded the Hispanic ad agency Firefly, outlined to PRODU how the agency is expanding from a creative boutique to a full-service shop. As part of the restructuring process, Prado introduced Fireflys new partner, Faustino Quiros, an advertising executive with wide experience in both the Hispanic and general markets.For many years we have been working with new platforms, new trends in advertising and entertainment and we remained a creative boutique, but there came a time to grow the agency. Thats where my partner Faustino Quiros comes in, to give the agency a boost in the area of strategy and planning Prado said.There has always been a need to have some more muscle to complement what I do. After a lot of searching we had the good luck to interest Faustino in the project and it was great that he decided to join us in this new mission he said.Quiros noted that the next step in the restructuring of Firefly is to expand the strategic part in terms of brand positioning and marketing consultancy, known as Brand Strategic. Its a service were offering and its part of the backbone of the vision and mission were setting for ourselves Quiros said.Firefly began as an agency for Latin America in the Hispanic market now were positioning ourselves as an agency for the Americas, which includes the Hispanic market, the general market and Latin America Quiros said.
