Días como Black Friday puede suponer una oportunidad para aumentar las ventas online
Sundays are the days when users look at and compare products to make purchases the following day. That is what Facebook revealed and expects to make brands invest more on Sundays and Mondays. According to Ian Edwards, Planner at Facebook, the reason for this proposal is that on the Holidays, thanks to events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Boxing Day, these dates could mean an opportunity to increase retailers’ sales, particularly regarding online purchases. “We are showing advertisers the power of Christmas and we can work together to identify the points of highest impact and make the most of them. We can help them achieve a great scope in the digital world” explained Edwards. In 2014, Black Friday accounted for 181 million visits to retail websites and Cyber Monday reported 161 million visits.
