Facebook and Publicis Groupe, announced last days the signature of a millionaire commercial agreement that will allow the social network to improve its relation with final advertisers. It is estimated that the association between both companies would include US$500 million in advertising.The agreement is an alliance of many years focused on the joint creation of “a product around data, video, images, including Facebook and Instagram,” Laura Desmond MediaVest Groups executive director, the company that led negotiations between both companies, assured. The agreement will focus on the States, first, although the international expansion is projected for the future. Publicis is integrated by agencies such as Starcom MediaVest Group, Zenith Optimedia, Digitas, Razorfish and Rosetta, that have clients like Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and Walmart. That to this agreement, advertiser will benefit from the best marketing rates in Facebooks products, that will also facilitate the data access.
