Eitan Shoval Asylum Marketing
The partner and CFO of Asylum Marketing, Eitan Shoval, said his company’s mission is to “bridge the Spanish-speaking world’s knowledge gap about digital marketing and entrepreneurship.”The digital marketing agency recently launched SmartBeemo, a predictive analysis app for social media that offers its clientele value-added and a better understanding of a campaign’s worth. “We want to deliver value to clients and generate a positive influence on the lives of the people we contact. The human factor is rooted in our thoughts,” Shoval said.Asylum has its headquarters in Miami and branch offices in Bogota and Panama. Its client list includes Duracell, Revlon Latin America, Oral-B, Mattel, Whirlpool, Nestle Panamá and Agrocampo Colombia. Some 85 percent of its clients are Latin American, with additional accounts in the US Hispanic and general markets. Shoval added that “our clientele is very diverse, but with a similar focus – to offer 360-degree care regarding everything related to the brand, including activations, social networks and a digital-focused general strategy. In Latin America, we are the experts in the digital area.”He indicated that the biggest myth is that digital is easy: “This is a very complex world with many opportunities and strategies, but also, I’m sorry to say, tremendous ignorance about how to tackle it. However, it also offers a great deal of interaction between consumers and brands. Another thing: everyone talks about how investing in digital is so much cheaper, but there’s also a lot of ignorance on that score,” he said.
