Eduardo Henrique of WAVY: Companies Creating New Experiences Will Be The Trend in 2020

For WAVY CEO Eduardo Henrique, online services such as WhatsApp, Apple Business Chat, and Google RCS and SMS allow brands to create new and better experiences for consumers. “This can expand possibilities beyond the website or mobile app,” he said. During his address at the MMA Miami Summit, Henrique said that many clients use WAVY technology as does iFood, a food delivery service company in Brazil. “They add AI to this technology to improve the experience of a restaurant owner or of the motorcyclist who delivers the food. Another of our clients is PlayKids, which offers its services to the consumer through the Apple Business Chat platform. We also work with Avon. These are all companies that create experiences with their vendors.” The trend for the year 2020 will be companies taking the risk of creating new experiences. “What they should understand is which are the cases that truly lend themselves to the best use (of technology) and how they can create simple, high-impact experiences for their customers. AI is getting stronger and more advertisers are finding best-use cases for it.”
