Another of our clients is PlayKids, which offers its services to the consumer through the Apple Business Chat platform. We also work with Avon. These are all companies that create experiences with their vendors.” The trend for the year 2020 will be companies taking the risk of creating new experiences. “What they should understand is which are the cases that truly lend themselves to the best use (of technology) and how they can create simple, high-impact experiences for their customers. AI is getting stronger and more advertisers are finding best-use cases for it.”
