Dom se presentó durante la emisión televisiva de la NFL
For those who are too lazy to shop, Domino’s introduces a new proposal: The voice of orders. Last Sunday, during the television broadcast of the NFL, Dom was introduced for the first time, a new voice ordering system that differs from Siri of Apple, as it responds to questions from buyers. The application, created by Domino’s agency CP & B and MDC’s, has improved the ability of communication between the user and the voice-assisted system. The programming process began testing the application in June but waited until now to ensure full operation.According to a statement by a spokesman for Domino’s, Dom is available for a variety of needs for custom orders, including takeouts or delivery, easy handling and save of ordering, suggestions for additional ingredients and coupons to get the best offers. “Whatever the need of orders, it is available and ready,” he added. This is not the first time that Domino’s commits to technology to boost its growth. Years ago, with the help of CP & B, the chain unveiled a pizza tracker that allows customers who order online to track the progress of their pizza order from entering the oven when it is on track for delivery. The application is now available for iOS and Android, and promises to continue to improve as more people use it.
