DishLATINO joins Eugenio Derbez to enhance the campaign Me conviene

DishLATINO announced the participation of Mexican director and actor Eugenio Derbez for starring in their new multifaceted general campaignMe conviene (It suits me). It is the first contract for Derbez in North America and the first link to a celebrity to DisLATINO. Derbez debuted in an integrated digital, television, radio and graphic initiative aimed at acquiring new customers and connecting with the existing ones. “Eugenio fits perfectly with the DisLATINO brand,” Alfredo Rodriguez, VP of DishLATINO, said. “He has worked tirelessly to get where he is and has been successful in both English and Spanish, and we believe this will resonate with all the Hispanic community.”The story of commercials focuses on the trajectory of Derbez in the USA. Known for the variety of his characters and his use of humor in everyday situations, Derbez combines his comedic appeal with the story of his recent move from Mexico to Los Angeles, beginning with the first commercial entitled Aeropuerto (Airport). In an exclusive online commercial, Derbez uses his characteristic style of satire El split épico (The epic split), a parody of the viral commercial of trucks for a measure of balance at high speed. “I hope that all Latinos see a reflection of themselves and their experiences in my work with DishLATINO” Derbez said. “I’m still proud of being Mexican and DishLATINO will help preserve the strength of that connection.” The new commercials were developed by MARCA and HAVAS, the creative and digital agencies of DishLATINO, respectively.For more information and to see the two new Derbez commercials, click {here;http://www.dishlatino.com/derbez}.
