El venezolano fue galardonado con un Addy Silver por el spot Un solo toque de Sony

The director Víctor Ridaura from Wild House Pictures maintains that creative freedom and the synergy of working in teams were the key for the development of the spot Un Solo Toque de Sony, piece that made him worthy of a Silver Addy in 2014.”The fact of being able to collaborate with the agency Xpand CG in creating pitches for the client, develop the concept with the creative director, Andres Vidal and continue working with all my other collaborators, because that is a prize in itself”, explained Ridaura.In statements made to PRODU, Ridaura mentioned that the creative process was more collaborative with the team, aspect that allowed him to seek nostalgia in the spot and to make it inspiring.”Having the brief in front of us, we wanted to create something that was a series of memories. We wanted to feel that the Sony cameras helped us preserve the most important memories of our lives. Preserving the past, as we look at the future”.With a process that had a lot of back-and-forth among the creatives, the white smoke of approval of the script didn’t take long in showing up -says Ridaura- and with two intensive shooting days the concept was captured.Ridaura confesses that he would like to continue telling complex stories and creating commercials that feel like small films.”I love to work with actors to create interesting stories, create stories that are more high-concept and be able to manage to work with more interesting brands”.
