Facebook Foster House permitió que cientos de perros de refugio consiguieran hogar
The US Hispanic agency, Dieste, developed a digital initiative for the NGO Dallas Pets Alive (DPA) which found a home for hundreds of shelter dogs who were at risk. The campaign is called Facebook Foster House and used pictures of the animals in a wooden house asking to be adopted. The agency´s idea was to invite all the people who wanted to give shelter to the dogs on their Facebook pages. Placing the pictures on their profile they allowed a lot of people to see the dog until someone decided to adopt it. All the dogs that were advertised with this initiative already have a home and a new family. The piece will compete in the Cannes Lions 2015 Festival and was made by: Paco Olavarrieta, CCO; Ciro Sarmiento, Executive Creative Director; Raúl Méndez, senior Copywriter; Gustavo Zapata, Head of Art; Tony Pacheco and John Costello, Producers; Francisco Cárdenas, Director of Digital Strategy; Lucas Cardona, Developer; and Jesse Echevarría, Community Manager.
