For Diego Yurkievich, Executive Creative Director at Conill is a great honor to be nominated for 2016 ANA Multicultural Excellence Awards for the agency’s Toyota Tacoma and Tide of P&G campaigns. “We are honored that work for our clients has once again been recognized by the ANA. It’s an important award, voted on by marketers, for marketers” Yurkievich told PRODU. The Hispanic agency was nominated in Digital, Social and Mobile for Toyota Tacoma, and in Hispanic and Significant Results for its P&G’s Tide campaign. “The Hijacked banner for Toyota Tundra was a great example of a simple idea, made possible by technology. The #WashAwayLabels campaign elevated the role of Tide beyond washing away literal stains; empowering Hispanics to wash away the metaphorical stains on their culture. We’re very proud of both efforts creatively, but more importantly, they had success in the marketplace for our clients.” The awards will be presented during a ceremony at the 18th ANA Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference that will be held from October 9 to 11 in Los Angeles.
