Grey Latin America has been showing sustained creative and business growth for the last few years. Diego Medvedocky, recently appointed CCO for Latin America, highlighted that these acknowledgments are the result of work focused on ideas that are part of pop culture.According to the creative, although it is true that processes nowadays are different, ideas and creativity continue to be the core of the advertising business.“The world is moving faster than advertising and today we need to be much more dynamic, understanding that things take time and needs are increasing and appearing in bigger amounts” he stated. He also explained that awards are important, but their focus is on solving clients problems and contributing, not only with a campaign, but with strategies that help their businesses grow.“We all eat from this business and real results are what companies see in their year-end results. Ideas and creativity have been proven to be the core of everything” he emphasized.To conclude, he highlighted that in Grey Latin America they have “one of the best –if not the best- talent from all the companies and that makes work much easier. Besides their professional attitude, it is also a group of friends with whom it is a pleasure to work.”
