IBM announced new designs and tools in data analysis as part of their marketing strategy, so that brands can have a personalized relationship with their clients. The tool, presented during the 2015 IBM Amplify conference, will allow sellers to collaborate, design and deliver client experiences with a focus on personalization. With this tool, brands can make the most of IBM’s analytic information, obtained with every interaction the client has with the product, which ranges from the moment it is purchased in a store, market research, all the way to sharing comments on their experience with the brand on a social channel.”Sellers are clients’ guardians and now they have the opportunity to sell to each individual and guide them on the path through a combination of campaigns aimed at encouraging loyalty in brands”, said Deepak Advani, General Manager of IBM Commerce in a statement. “To be successful, sellers must adopt technologies that allow them to offer a meaningful and relevant experience to clients. IBM provides innovations such as analytics, which allows sellers to obtain in-depth information about their clients in a way they could have never imagined barely a few years ago. Teams can then turn these ideas into extraordinary campaigns”, he said.
