For David Chipon, Executive Producer at Bikini Films, FIAP is a sample of Latino and Hispanic work that allows to see the trends in advertising. “It is a way to connect with our colleagues in advertising, to be inspired” he told PRODU.The production company, which began operations this year and has offices in Los Angeles, Miami and Mexico, bets on content productions. “We are receiving projects to make content series for other media such as advertainment, a type of advertising in which the client asks us to make a series of episodes that involve the brand but is not traditional advertising. We are known by our directors for doing image advertising, but this is more a matter of format rather than content diversification” pointed out Chipon. Bikini Films has a portfolio of 12 directors and develops projects for the Latin American Hispanic market in the U.S. and Europe. “It is a bet from the name, that stems from a practical form with lots of enthusiasm and above all, challenges the things we do. The work speaks for itself” he stated.
